I happened to stop by the Garden Gate nursery in Gainesville today and I noticed they had at least four varieties of rabbiteye blueberries in stock.

I haven't found a nursery in Gainesville that carries a good selection of fruit trees or bushes. The closest I've come is the Garden Gate nursery up in the Millhopper area across the street from where the new Fresh Market is. They usually have at least two varieties of the most common Rabbiteye varieties.

The two places I've had the most luck finding a good variety is Just Fruits & Exotics up in Crawfordville southwest of Tallahassee and Peacocks Nursery in Florahome northwest of Palatka. Catch them at the right time and they'll have at least six varieties. As usual I'd call them before making the drive in case they don't have much in stock just then.

I have been searching for new blueberries lately to add to my collection, but so far I've struck out.
Do you know of a Gainesville nursery with a good selection?
